Your satisfaction is very important to Branch Out Decor. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email me at branchoutdecor.gmail.com with a description of the problem. I will make every effort to make it right. Each product is handmade and may vary slightly in design. Each piece is inspected prior to packaging and shipping with your satisfaction in mind.
All returns must be made within seven (7) business days. The shipping for the return and all shipping charges associated with the transaction are nonrefundable
